In this episode, I had the privilege of speaking with Mustafa Ammar, the remarkable founder and CEO of “The Passion MBA” a globally recognized coaching company out of New York. Mustafa is not only a life-coach but a true catalyst for transformation, having guided hundreds of professionals worldwide in discovering their dream careers and building successful businesses.
Mustafa’s journey through various career paths within a single lifetime is nothing short of awe-inspiring. His initial passion for chemistry led him to a career as a pharmacist. However, he didn’t stop there. His insatiable curiosity and desire to bridge cultural gaps led him to become an international diplomat, enabling him to travel the world and work in diverse locations, including China, Malawi, and the United Nations.
But the story doesn’t end there. Mustafa’s next adventure saw him as an investment specialist at The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). In this role, he was tasked with spearheading business development efforts and attracting investments in regions spanning from Africa to the Middle East and Latin America. Under Mustafa’s adept leadership, AIIB secured over $1.1 billion in investments for infrastructure projects in the Middle East alone during his tenure.
Mustafa’s educational background is equally impressive. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with distinction from the prestigious Alliance Manchester Business School in the UK. In addition to his MBA, he possesses another master’s degree in diplomatic studies and negotiations and a Bachelor of Arts degree in pharmaceutical sciences.
