Before I introduce today’s fabulous guest, I just want to give you a bit of background into why I invited her into the studio today.
I have spoken on the show before about my fascination with all things human performance and living the best life we can. With a show called Dreamers Believers & High Achievers what else could you expect.
I have a daily affirmatios practice, I practice mindfulness, cold therapy practice I also practice time restrictive fasting as well as doing longer fasts. I am fascinated by the brain body connection and what makes us tick.
We live in a world where toxins are everywhere. They are in the air we breath, in the water we drink and undoubtedly in a lot of the food we eat.
Back to todays guest, Kalli Fardoulis has been in the hairdressing industry for over 20 years and has worked with some of the world’s top hairdressing names.
Kalli started to experience some fairly major health issues. She decided to take back her own health and wellbeing and started on a journey of self discovery which at times was painful and confronting.
From there she looked at the toxic environment that she was in in the salon and decided that changes had to occur. That’s when she decided to change over her Salon, Blown Away Hair Spa in Sans Souci, Australia to a low tox salon which is now one of the leading low tox Salons in Sydney.
The changes that Kalli has seen in herself and her clients have been phenomenal.

My latest book “Capture You Dreams and Smash Your Fears” is almost ready to be published. It’s going to be released in paperback, kindle and also Audiobook format
It was during the severe Covid 19 lockdowns when I thought to myself this is the perfect time to get this book done. Covid 19 was tough for every one.
People were seeing their dreams escaping and there was so much fear across the world.
That’s when the title “Capture Your Dreams and Smash Your Fears” struck me, People need to capture their dreams and hold onto them tightly. When in times of adversity people let go of their dreams and they float off never to be seen again.
Fear at the time was huge and as humans we have an inbuilt tendency for fear even if its irrational fear. Even at the best of times fear will keep us small and safe. We all know that nothing is really achieved in our comfort zone.
